1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to game purchases made for the Take n Run platform at taken.run, operated by Interesantumi SIA (registration number 42103102653, Republic of Latvia).
We offer a 14-day refund policy for game purchases, subject to the conditions described below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your request is within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The game has not been launched — the organizer has not yet triggered the game start. A game is considered launched once the organizer starts it and players are able to begin game play.
Once a game has been launched, the digital service has been substantially performed and a refund is no longer available.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The game has already been launched or played.
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- The game has been fully completed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us by email:

Please include:
- Your order number or purchase reference.
- The reason for your refund request.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify eligibility — confirm that the request is within 14 days and that the game has not been launched.
- Process the refund — if eligible, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Confirmation — send you email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. A game purchase is either fully refundable (if it has not been started and is within the 14-day window) or non-refundable.
7. Game Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Access to the game will be revoked.
- Any game configuration and associated data may be deleted immediately or through our automated cleanup process (check-in data after 30 days, all remaining data after 180 days).
- Access links (organizer and player links) will no longer function.
